In Store: You can always call us at (310) 375-0570 to check your account balance during business hours, or ask one of our Fashion Stylists when shopping at the store or bringing in items to sell, trade or consign.
Online: Click on the "Check My Credit" button below. This link will direct you to a customer portal webpage. Your log-in for the customer portal will be the email that is on file within our system. The initial password assigned for all accounts will also be this same email address, so we recommend you change that to a secure password of your choice upon first login.
Online Troubleshooting Tips: If you are unable to login, we may not have your email address in our system yet. Please call or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, account number and email address to use. We will respond during normal business hours to provide your current account balance right away, and then get your account configured. Please note that response time is dependent upon our workload. We appreciate your patience as we implement this new system.
